At Powered By Green Fuel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make
the process hassle-free.
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To
qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unused & Unopened – The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in
the original packaging.
✅ Return Authorization – Contact our customer service team before returning any item.
We make returns simple
1. Request a Return: Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of
receiving your order.
2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide a return authorization and shipping
details.
3. Ship Your Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. The customer
is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. The
original shipping cost to the customer is non-refundable.
4. Processing & Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your
refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of
delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Any broken, melted, or otherwise damaged product returned, even if sealed, is non-
refundable.
Inspection and Restocking Fee
A 10% inspection & restocking fee is charged on all returns.
